Renowned for his grungy designs, the long-haired Paris-based American designer launched his label in 1994 and his collections just get better and better.

When talking about the inspiration for his Autumn Winter 07 collection he said “I was looking at the work of the French cartoonist Sens, who did caricatures lampooning Poiret women as insects". This may sound unusual but when translated into innovation on the catwalk the results are spot on. Think freedom and function rolled into one.

You will be pleased to know that we now have new items from the Autumn Winter collection online right now. Our favourites to see us through this season include the leather jacket with zip up pockets. It has stretchy ribbed panels on the under-sides of the sleeves for a flattering fitted look and the leather is so soft it moulds to your body.

Be sure to check out the black hooded zip up jacket too (pictured right). This padded couture like jacket has an unusual curved hem, which is high at the front and low at the back. The heavy-duty zip gives it that trademark grungy edge and the hood is big enough to protect you from whatever the Winter throws at you.
