As the first boutique in the UK to stock Karen Walker jewellery, we decided to team up with the New Zealand designer to launch her quirky line of trinkets. Our sparkly press girl, Louisa, gives her take on the event:

"Yesterday was my first press party that I had to organise for Start. It was so exciting and I definitely can't wait for the next one to happen! We sent out over 120 invitations and had a massive response - our boutique was filled with fashionistas! Breakfast catered by our neighbours The Rivington Bar and Grill was lovely - we had yoghurt granola pots, fresh fruit and all sorts of pastries. Coffee and juice were on hand, but it was the champagne that was flowing at 10am! With such a strong turnout, I'm so pleased with the response. The goodie bags were fantastic and everyone walked away very happy. I'm looking forward to receiving the jewellery…"
