The Label:Spawning its first collection in Spring 2003, Y-3 is a collaboration between Adidas and avante-garde Japanese designer, Yohji Yamamoto. With catwalk shows every season, and most recently in New York, the marriage between the two may at first appear a contradicition but has proved to be a commercial success.
 
 
 The Look: Think atheletic apparal with the volume turned up: tank tops, sweatpants, sweatshirts in interesting proportions and utilising new fabric technology.
