The Designer: Long before “green” became the buzz word in fashion, Stella McCartney, daughter of former Beatles member Paul McCartney and Linda McCartney has been championing sustainable approaches to fashion and animal rights by refusing fur, silk, lamb's wool and leather in her designs. The Central Saint Martin College of arts and design graduate, who famously rounded up pals Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell to strut the catwalk for her final student show, launched her label in collaboration with Gucci in 2001. She has collaborated with a number of brands from ADDIDAS to H&M, and in 2007 she launched her 100% organic skincare range named CARE.
 
The Look: Her signature style has an emphasis on sharp tailoring, natural confidence and sexy femininity.
