Start Shipping & Delivery Policy

UK

For our UK customers, your order will be shipped using a TNT courier service; we charge £7 for the first item and £5 per added item. Alternatively, we also offer standard shipping free via Royal Mail 1st class recorded Signed For Delivery. Please note that with standard shipping although a tracking number is available, items can not be tracked until they are signed for. In addition, all orders exceeding £1000 will be shipped for free as will be displayed in your invoice before payment is taken.

Orders are dispatched following the successful processing of your bank and address details. This process which ensures your safety and ours against Credit Card fraud, can take up to 24hrs after you have placed your order, but we will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped.

This ‘email’ will include a unique tracking link enabling you to view the location of your order online either on the TNT website (www.tnt.co.uk) or via the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com), depending on which shipping service you select. Unfortunately we cannot provide a specific delivery time. We would also like to add that any orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday.

Please note that Royal Mail requires a signature upon delivery for the receipt of your order. If no one is in at your given shipping address, they will leave a note with full details on how to arrange re-delivery, collection from your local Post Office or collection from your local Sorting Office.

Mainland Europe

For our mainland Europe customers, your order will be shipped by Interparcel, a global courier company. We charge £15 for the first item and £5 per added item, but please note all orders exceeding £1000 will be shipped for free as will be displayed in your invoice before payment is taken.

This process which ensures your safety and ours against Credit Card fraud, can take up to 24hrs after you have placed your order, but we will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped.

This ‘email’ will include a unique tracking link enabling you to view the location of your order online at the Interparcel website, (www.interparcel.com). Unfortunately we cannot provide a specific delivery time and please do allow 3-4 working days for delivery.

Please note that UPS requires a signature upon delivery for the receipt of your order. If no one is in at your given shipping address, they will leave a note with full details on how to arrange re-delivery.

Rest of World (Americas & Caribbean, Oceania, Asia, Africa, Middle East)

For customers that live outside the UK & EU, for example, USA, your order will be shipped by Interparcel, a global courier company. We charge £25 for the first item and £5 per added item, but please note all orders exceeding £1000 will be shipped for free as will be displayed in your invoice before payment is taken.

This process which ensures your safety and ours against Credit Card fraud, can take up to 24hrs after you have placed your order, but we will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped.

Unfortunately we cannot provide a specific delivery time and please do allow between 3 -7 working days for delivery. Please bear in mind that delays beyond our control can occur in customs. Moreover, your order might incur additional charges depending on the duty and tax regulations of your country of residence.

Please note that interparcel employs couriers that require a signature upon delivery for the receipt of your order. If no one is in at your given shipping address, they will leave a note with full details on how to arrange re-delivery.
 
We would also like to add that we can not post items containing exotic skins to international desitinations due to customs restrictions.

The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and Start shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified
 
We carry most items in stock, however occasionally there may be items which need to be specially ordered for you. This will always be mentioned on the specific product page and we will make every effort to expediate your order. Please note that it can take anywhere from four to six weeks to process. We will communicate exact times to you by email or phone after you place your order. Naturally, special orders are final sales.
