42-44 Rivington Street hosts an array of new and established luxury labels, from local British designers such as Stella McCartney and Richard Nicoll to international pieces from Phillip Lim and Chloe, amongst others. And while we stock the most highly regarded ready-to-wear collections, we also make it our mission to search for emerging brands before they become household names.
Spread over two floors, the Start womenswear boutique is a mini department store in its own right. Looking for that special party dress, the matching killer heels, that face mask for an instant pick-up glow? Or maybe just a pair of dark denim jeans and a simple t-shirt for slouching around in? Filled with handpicked and original items, we provide the whole look from top to toe for every occasion.

Menswear


Dedicated solely to menswear, 59 Rivington Streetis filled with an intuitive mix of on-trend designers and more established names. Traditional British labels like John Smedley and Holland Esquire sit beside edgier brands such as Raf by Raf Simons and Comme des Garcons. The extensive collections aside, we know that it’s also our charming customer service that results in repeat customers season after season.


Made to Measure




Located on 40 Rivington Street, Start's Formalwear and Made to Measure store is a unique experience in East London – what we like to think of as Savile Row meets Shoreditch. Stocking an exclusive selection of our very own Start made to measure suits, we also have ready-to-wear labels in house. With names like Balenciaga and Jill Sander gracing our hangers, you’ll be spoilt for choice. And what’s more, there’s a host of complementary accessories including made to measure ties, shirts, cufflinks and shoes.
