 Mario MatteoThe Label: Mario Matteo's first men's collection was born in 1991 and since the beginning the stylist traces those signs that will characterise his style. The first women's collection was born in 1996. The line is conceived and developed according to the same criteria of the menswear: sober style, a lean and comfortable fit with precious details. The Inspiration:Historical, military and sports clothing. Vintage clothing that is part of a stylistic language of memory. No extravagance, only style. The Look: Precise attention to detail like horn buttons, quality linings with very particular contrasting tones. Ethnic fabrics that set out the jackets collar lining, the inner pockets and the venting flaps. The fabrics are always natural: wools, silks and cottons are treated in respect of traditional working processes. Colours and patterns blend into a harmonious single texture. |
