When denim
manufacturer Jeff Rudes teamed up with celebrity stylist Susie Crippen,
the two set out to create a classic and sophisticated jean with the
emphasis on fit. J Brand launched in the Spring of 2005 and became an
immediate success, with celebrity fans including Beyonce, Kate
Bosworth, Angelina Jolie and even fashion's ultimate icon, Anna
Wintour.

Brand jeans are without excess hardware or embellishment and attention
to stitching details and clean dark finishes are of paramount
importance. The design duo have created a combination of sexiness and
style in a women’s jean while allowing the woman to feel comfortable.
“It’s about a women looking beautiful in her jeans, not the jean
drawing attention to her” says Susie.
